- Fine aggregate profile produces a close-grained, even surface with natural depth and matte character, compatible with the most demanding contemporary and biophilic design languages
- Excellent pigment uptake across the full Develine palette. Color is absorbed evenly and held with the consistency clients expect on premium installations
- Works as a standalone finish coat on walls, floors, and feature surfaces, or as the final layer in a multi-coat BC system over BC Regular base coat
- Strong cementitious bond to prepared substrates including concrete, tile, plasterboard, and render when applied over Develine Primer
- Fully compatible with the complete Develine topcoat and sealer range for guaranteed long-term protection and finish consistency
